Analysing sustainable concerns in diamond supply chain: a fuzzy ISM-MICMAC and DEMATEL approach

Sustainable supply chain management has become one of the significant areas concern for modern industries. Enterprises are now adopting that implements viable practices involving environmental protection and financial savings in a combined form. In this aspect, study focuses on detecting various concerns associated with sustainable diamond mining industry globally. These parameters classified based their dependency driving power (DP) help fuzzy MICMAC analysis. addition to this, structural model recognised been established using interpretive modelling technique. Furthermore, interdependence among respective have identified by utilising decision-making trial evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) approach. Also, an integrated ISM-DEMATEL employed form evident understanding these concerns. The findings illustrate ‘Awareness Programmes’ ‘Proper Infrastructure Investment’ should be given due consideration ensure competitive advantage.
